About TOM

Bio

My eagerness and dedication to supporting rehabilitation and recovery was borne of personal experience. Following an operation for Chiari Malformation, my Rugby career was abruptly concluded, at 18 years of age. I have since worked tirelessly; to remain part of the sport, the environment and to work with my passion, Sports Therapy. For me iit’s a trade-off, working toward getting others back on form and seeing their successes (that I am involved in) gives me great satisfaction.

Approach

I take a hands-on approach, using various techniques from sports massage, advanced soft tissue techniques and other modalities to get the best possible outcome for the treatment each time
Followed by simple yet effective stretches or exercises to help maintain your body after the treatment.

Treatment is a personal and individual experience and I will tailor it to your individual needs. I want to ensure you fully understand what is happening with your body and why; empowering to make the best choices and feel that you are being both heard and informed.

You will be asked to fill out a consultation form regarding contact details, allergies, and brief medical history. During treatment, you can remain fully clothed (according to injury type) or towels will be provided for  appropriateness.
