Deep Tissue massage often has a focus on particular areas so for a 1 hour treatment you may only have one or two areas of the body worked on.
Even though the massage is deep, the strokes are performed with care and always with the pain threshold of the recipient in mind. Deep tissue massage should be performed pain free in order to relax the superficial layers of muscles allowing the deeper layers to be worked next. The deeper you work in massage the slower the stroke so we always ensure we are working with your needs in mind. Deep Tissue requires the client to give feedback to the therapist about pressure.

Lymphatic drainage is a holistic approach to promoting a healthy lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is a complex network of vessels and ducts that move fluid throughout the body and is responsible for moving toxins away from healthy cells and carrying germ-fighting materials to cells when they are under attack by viruses. Though fluid moves through the lymphatic system, it does not have its own pumping mechanism. Lymphatic drainage is a type of therapy that is intended to help the body produce a free-flowing lymphatic system.[/vc_toggle][vc_column_text el_class=”neg-marg-top”]60 minutes: first session £45, following sessions £42 [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text][ninja_forms_modal_form id=1 text_link=’Book Session’][/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row inertia=”0.1″ bg_parallax=”true” css=”.vc_custom_1421695502734{padding: 0px 0px 41.5% !important;background-image: url(https://www.beasportsclinic.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/map24.jpg?id=6382) !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_raw_html]JTNDZGl2JTIwaWQlM0QlMjJjb250YWN0X3VzJTIyJTNFJTNDJTJGZGl2JTNFJTBBJTNDaDIlMjBjbGFzcyUzRCUyMnRpdGxlLWJvdHRvbS1hdHRhY2hlZCUyMiUzRUNPTlRBQ1QlMjBVUyUzQyUyRmgyJTNF[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row padding=”1% 0 48px” inertia=”0.1″ el_class=”full-width-ipad”][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]
