Following the latest government guidance, we are partially open during tear 4 lockdown providing appointments to address an injury, condition or healthcare need.

Restrictions and Close Contact Information:

There is a restriction in place on close contact services, therefore:

We cannot provide any appointments that are not to address an injury, condition or healthcare - for example, a routine maintenance Sports Massage; 

Appointments will be kept as short as possible;

All close contact treatments (hands on) will be minimized as much as possible; 

Patients must wear a face covering when attending an appointment unless medically
exempt, this is to protect you, your therapist and the other patients.

Prenatal and Pregnancy Massage

This wonderful treatment can significantly increase comfort for the pregnant mum to be. Helps relieve anxiety or depression,     increase blood circulation and can ease the stress mothers often feel after the birth



Pregnancy Massage From Bea Massage TherapySpecially tailored for the mum to be, this technique involving deep tissue and Swedish massage, improves your circulation, take some of the strain off your muscles and joints, and totally re-energize you.

Please note: Pregnancy massage is not recommended at the first trimester of pregnancy.

Pregnancy massage can:
•    Reduces swelling in hands, feet and ankles
•    Lessens sciatic pain
•    Eases muscular discomforts in areas like the low back & neck, calf cramps, it also helps with tension and tightening that can be experienced throughout the body
